SHAH ALAM: An executive’s family won RM91,600 in damages after the High Court ruled that a hospital director and two doctors were negligent in relation to an operation to remove her womb (uterus).
Operations executive S. Sathiabahma had sought treatment for anaemia (deficiency in the quality of red blood cells) at Tengku Ampuan Rahimah Hospital in Klang in May, 2009.
