IRB: Tax refunds within two days possible

BANGI: Taxpayers who overpaid their taxes can receive refunds from the Inland Revenue Board (IRB) two days after submitting the income tax return forms, said IRB chief executive officer Tan Sri Dr Mohd Shukor Mahfar.

Dr Mohd Shukor said the refunds would be paid to taxpayers if all the information given to IRB was complete and correct.
