Search on for man dragged into Sabah river by crocodile


KOTA KINABALU: Search and rescue workers here are on the hunt for a crocodile and possibly the body of a man who was last seen snatched by the reptile.

Sabah Fire and Rescue Department public relation officer Mohd Affendy Ramin said the man was fishing by a river, some 320km from here, with two friends when a crocodile suddenly came up and dragged him into the water, at about 4.30pm Sunday.
