MIRI: Sarawak has warned teachers to stick to teaching and not to misuse their position as educators to subtly or forcefully convert students to Islam, saying such people are not welcome in the state.
State minister for education Datuk Fatimah Abdullah said teachers, especially those transferred from the peninsula states, cannot go around converting students as they please.
