KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia is ratifying the Arms Trade Treaty (ATT) to regulate international transfers of conventional arms to warring parties.
Foreign Ministry deputy secretary-general Datuk Ho May Yong said the ATT had been known as an international legal instrument established to regulate the international trade in conventional arms.
