KUALA LUMPUR: A former school bus driver failed in his appeal against his conviction and two-year jail sentence for reckless driving that caused the death of a soldier and his seven-month pregnant wife.
High Court Judge Kamardin Hashim said the appeal by Samad Din, 67, had no merit and upheld the sentence handed down by the Traffic Court.
