KUALA LUMPUR: The Selangor water restructuring deal between the Federal Governement and the state government remains fluid with both parties giving conflicting accounts of the negotiations.
Energy, Green Technology and Water Minister Datuk Seri Dr Maximus Ongkili said the Selangor government had agreed to provide the Federal Government access to the land covering 26,000km of pipelines.
