MALAYSIA’S own “30 Percent Club”, aimed at boosting the number of women in decision-making positions, will be launched in the middle of this year, says Deputy Women, Family and Community Development Minister Datuk Azizah Mohd Dun.
“The ministry is currently cooperating with the Performance Management Delivery Unit (Pemandu) to finalise the list of the founding board members of the club,” she told Teo Nie Ching (DAP-Kulai) who asked her to state the development and status of the club.
