Call meeting, Dong Zong told

KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court has ordered Dong Zong (the United Chinese School Committees Assoc­iation) to convene a meeting of its Central Committee within the next 21 days.

The order came after Justice Vazeer Alam Mydin Meera threw out an application by its chairman Dr Yap Sin Tian to stop a meeting in January from discussing two motions which sought to dissolve the 29th Dong Zong Central Executive Committee (CEC) and re-elect members.
