KUCHING: As a company which sells cash registers, the sound of “ka-ching” has been ringing almost non-stop for RPS Enterprise (M) Sdn Bhd with the dawning of the Goods and Services Tax (GST).

“We have absolutely been burning the midnight oil,” store manager Kelly Lau said, surrounded by GST-compliant cash registers with prices ranging from RM799 to RM2,800.
