KUALA LUMPUR: The body of a young foreign woman, who is believed to have died from being bashed in the head, was found dumped by a drain in Alam Impian.
The woman, who is believed to be in her 20s, was found by a drain in front of a sales gallery along Jalan Hang Nadim 35/27 at 4.26pm on Monday.
