KOTA BARU: Chempaka by-election candidate Ahmad Fathan Mahmood @ Mahamad of PAS will see a challenge from four independent contenders for the seat.
The announcement was made by Election Commission returning officer Ibrahim Bakri Mat Deris here yesterday.
