KLUANG: Most residents in the district have been getting limited amount of water for their daily consumption even before the month-long scheduled water rationing which started on Sunday.
Businessman Abdul Shukor Omar, 49, said water supply at his Taman Maju Padu housing area here has been cut off from time to time since two weeks ago.
