GEORGE TOWN: A PKR member who was acquitted of organising the Blackout 505 rally in Penang without a police permit had his acquittal set aside by a High Court here.
Judicial Commissioner Nordin Hassan instead ordered Ong Eu Leong, 46, to be given a discharge not amounting to an acquittal following the prosecution's appeal.
