PUTRAJAYA: The Cabinet has given its approval to the Women, Family and Community Development Ministry to proceed with its action plan to combat crime and exploitation of children in cyberspace.
The Child Online Protection Action Plan is the first step towards amending the Child Act 2001 where up to 70% of the provisions and clauses need updating to deal with online threats against children.
