Small business operators urged to look out for fake notes


KUALA LUMPUR: Pasar malam traders and other small business operators have been advised to be extra careful when receiving cash – counterfeit notes are in circulation.

MCA Public Service and Complaints Department head Datuk Seri Michael Chong, who said this, added that syndicates were moving to smaller towns as most businesses in big cities were equipped with UV machines to detect counterfeit notes.
