SEREMBAN: Chinese new village committees have been told to get the consensus of their residents before carrying out development projects.
They are also required to conduct a survey to find out whether the projects were completed satisfactorily, said Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Datuk Dr Wee Ka Siong.
