PETALING JAYA: Residents of high-rise buildings are urging management corporations (MCs) and joint management bodies (JMBs) not to increase maintenance fees, which have been exempted from the Goods and Services Tax (GST).
Chris Lim, who pays about RM300 in maintenance fees each month, said the apartment management should absorb any increases in charges.
