KUALA LUMPUR: A scuffle broke out between Immigration officers and several handphone vendors when the officers were conducting a raid at a shopping mall here.
The scuffle broke out at about 1.30pm on Sunday when the Immigration officers raided the Kota Raya shopping complex at Jalan Pudu here.
