YONG PENG: Malaysia is hoping that the Year of the Goat will further strengthen and reaffirm its bilateral relationship with China which has been cemented for the past four decades.

MCA deputy president Datuk Dr Wee Ka Siong said both countries had taken proactive measures and efforts to ensure the friendship between both sides remained intact.
