PETALING JAYA: MCA will embark on a plan to foster unity among Malaysians by promoting economic collaboration among the races, says party president Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai.
In his Chinese New Year message, he said he hoped the Chinese community would achieve a breakthrough in the global economy.
