KUALA LUMPUR: Any action taken by the Registrar of Societies (RoS) can be challenged in the court of law by way of judicial review under Administrative Law.
A legal expert, who spoke on condition of anonymity, said any government agency could be taken to court if it took administrative action deemed to have contravened the law.
