PETALING JAYA: The Inspector-General of Police has hit back against his detractors, who criticised his policing via Twitter.

Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar said to accuse the police of using Twitter to crackdown on dissent was inappropriate, and to claim that the medium was an extension of the arms of archaic and draconian law, was uncalled for.
