PETALING JAYA: The Land Public Transport Commission (SPAD) has seized 82 taxis up to Feb 12 this year, and it will not hesitate to increase this tally if drivers continue to misbehave, especially by refusing to use the meter.
SPAD’s enforcement division head Datuk Che Hasni Che Ahmad warned that enforcement would continue, even during the Chinese New Year period.
