MALACCA: Suspension of the National Service Training Programme allows the National Service Training Council to improve its module and infrastructure.
Council chairman Datuk Noor Ehsanuddin Mohd Harun Narrashid said the decision was in line with efforts to transform the programme to produce a high quality and balanced generation.
