Army man drowns after fishing boat capsizes

JOHOR BARU: An army personnel has been found dead in Sungai Endau, Mersing, after a fishing trip gone awry.

Mersing Fire and Rescue Department chief Mohd Alias Husin said the body of Hamdan Hassan, 41, from Kem Mahkota, Kluang, was spotted in the river near Kampung Orang Asli Tanah Abang yesterday, two days after he was reported missing.
