BATU CAVES: It’s a case of “he ain’t heavy, he’s my brother” when nine-year-old Anbu Selvan Pillai and his sister Priyanshi, eight, carried a mini kavadi to fulfil a vow following their younger brother’s recovery from surgery.
Their sibling, seven-year-old Anbu Mooganthen Pillai, suffered from oral thrush due to iron deficiency for the past three years.
