Three women behind the success of Dr Anbazhagan

Infectious diseases specialist Dr. K. Anbazhagan owed his education to the third Prime Minister of India, Indira Gandhi. His late mother had visioned him as a doctor and his stepmother, who had raised him after his mothers passing, were the important figures in his life that shaped him as the successful doctor he is today.

SHAH ALAM: They say behind the success of every man is a woman but in the case of Dr K. Anbazhagan (pic), three women – including a prime minister – were crucial in shaping his path as a doctor.

He was inducted into the 2015-2016 edition of the Leading Physicians of the World’s registry recently.
