JOHOR BARU: Former DAP assemblyman for Bentayan Gwee Tion Hiang has failed in his RM5mil defamation suit against Johor Opposition leader Dr Boo Cheng Hao.
Gwee sued Dr Boo in August 2013 for allegedly defaming him in nine articles published in various Chinese, Malay and English language newspapers, claiming that the articles tarnished his reputation and humiliated him.
