KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court will decide on Feb 26 on an appeal by National Feedlot Corporation executive chairman Datuk Seri Mohamad Salleh Ismail (pic) to strike out two CBT charges involving RM9.1mil and RM40mil against him.
Justice Mohd Azman Husin fixed the date after hearing submissions by parties in the appeal.
