GENTING HIGHLANDS: A total of 2,227 vehicles were checked by the authorities throughout the weekend here with 867 summonses issued to errant motorists during the Ops Bersama which began at 8am on Saturday.
A total of 217 people were also checked for being on drugs or trafficking in the operation jointly conducted by the Road Transport Department, Department of Environment, National Anti Drug Agency, Puspakom and Land Public Transport Commission.
