Move to boost safety along expressway


PARIT BUNTAR: The Perak government will meet with the Projek Lebuhraya Utara Selatan Berhad (PLUS) management to discuss the beefing-up of safety features such as lighting up accident-prone stretches along the North-South Expressway, said state public transport committee chairman Datuk Dr Mah Hang Soon.

“I will carry out a site inspection with PLUS personnel to identify the dangerous stretches, especially the part between Tapah and Gua Tempurung.
