KUALA LUMPUR: The Government and the director of the Malaysian Examinations Syndicate are applying to strike out a negligence suit by a 13-year-old dyslexic boy against them over the recent UPSR examination leak.
The defendants labelled the civil suit a "hopeless case" and unsustainable, adding that the claim did not disclose any reasonable cause of action.
