PETALING JAYA: An evening downpour Wednesday resulted in heavy traffic along many major roads and highways in the Klang Valley.
At 8.30pm traffic was at a complete standstill along Section 16 besides Phileo Damansara, and on the Sprint Highway towards the North Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE).
