KUALA LUMPUR: Academician Kassim Ahmad failed in his bid to get a judicial review challenging his prosecution by the Federal Territory Islamic Religious Department (Jawi) for allegedly insulting Islam.
However, Kassim, 82, said he was optimistic over his chances to win in his appeal, stressing he was a fighter.
