PANGKALAN BUN: The head of Indonesia's armed forces said on Tuesday that he saw for himself how difficult conditions are at sea after his inspection of the area, where a multinational search effort is under way for the black box flight recorders from crashed Indonesia AirAsia flight QZ8501.

General Moeldoko again invited families of the victims to visit the crash site to scatter flowers and to view the search operations.
