KUALA LUMPUR: Flood victims are in dire need of basic necessities like diapers for babies, the physically challenged and elderly who are not mobile.
Terengganu MCA chairman Datuk Toh Chin Yaw said this was due to their prolonged stay in relief centres - entering the 10th day as of Saturday.
