PUCHONG: The flood mitigation standard operating procedure (SOP) must be reviewed in order to be better prepared in the future, said Deputy Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin.

"The meteorological department gave predictions based on last year's flooding, but the situation this year became worse and more challenging.
