KOTA KINABALU: A single state enactment on sewerage should be put in place in Sabah to better enforce and ensure that raw sewage is not indiscriminately discharged into its drains, rivers and sea, said a concerned group.
Non-governmental body Forever Sabah – working in collaboration with Public Works Department (PWD) and Universiti Malaysia Sabah – said a recent workshop was held to find solutions to the sewage problems faced across the state.
