DUNGUN: Among the flood evacuees at a relief centre here are a young mother and the two-day-old daughter she gave birth to on Friday.
Mariam Abd Rahman, 22, had earlier waded through waist-high flood waters to reach the relief centre when her home in Kampung Paya was flooded for four days.
