PETALING JAYA: Any activity that generates profit, be it a company or an online business, should be registered under the Companies Act 1965, the Companies Commission Malaysia (SSM) said.
A spokesman for the commission said regardless of the size of the company or the type of sales that is being done, the respective owner should register their business.
