KUALA LUMPUR: A scrap-metal worker, who raped his 12-year-old stepdaughter repeatedly over a year, was sentenced by the Ampang court to 12 years' jail and eight strokes of the cane.
Sessions court judge Unaizah Mohd meted out the punishment after the 34-year-old pleaded guilty Friday to raping the girl in their home in Kampung Cheras Baru, Ampang at 4pm on Dec 10.
