KUALA LUMPUR: A former security manager who is now disabled is suing the Government and police for allegedly torturing him in relation to a robbery case involving RM500,000.
S. Selvarajah, 55, who was then attached to Tesco Stores Sdn Bhd, said he had monitored two cashiers counting RM500,000 in daily collection at the Selayang-based hypermarket at 12.30am on Sept 4, 2012, when four masked robbers fled with the cash after hitting and tying him up.
