LABUAN: A passenger speedboat skipper, plying in the waters off Labuan was killed when his vessel collided with another boat last month.
Abdulai Anchana, 56, was travelling in his fiberglass boat to the Menumbok jetty with two passengers onboard when it rammed into the other boat and overturned on Nov 29.
