KUALA LUMPUR: A Perlis Umno delegate has voiced his displeasure over a circular purportedly banning government agencies from issuing letters of support for projects and contracts to the people.
During the debate on the presidential policy speech at Merdeka Hall in Putra World Trade Centre (PWTC), Datuk Zahidi Zainul Abidin, who is Padang Besar MP, said Umno would eventually lose power if the circular was not revoked.
