PETALING JAYA: An attempt by a Perkasa-led coalition of 58 Malay non-government organisations to racialise National Higher Education Fund Corporation (PTPTN) loan repayments has been strongly condemned by MIC Youth chief C. Sivarraajh.
The coalition’s proposals – which took issue with how the majority of borrowers exempted from repaying loans were Chinese – are meant to be delivered to the Government and the Malay rulers.
