KUALA LUMPUR: Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak has delivered a reality check for Federal Territory Umno, saying it failed to deliver in the last general election because its members were preoccupied with internal politicking.
The Umno president did not mince his words during his 25-minute speech at the opening of the division's convention Sunday, pointing out that instead of giving attention to the people, some leaders were busy campaigning to defend their branch or divisional posts.
