Case of four alleged ‘nudists’ fixed on Dec 17

BALIK PULAU: The case of four individuals, who had allegedly participated in an illicit “nudist party” in Penang last May, will be re-mentioned at the Sessions Court on Dec 17.

Judge Sitarun Nisa Abdul Aziz set the date on Friday after counsel L. Raj who stood in for the accused's lawyers applied for a new mention date to enable the defence to submit a representation to the Attorney-General's Chambers.
