PETALING JAYA: Former Selangor Mentri Besar Tan Sri Khalid Ibrahim (pic) said he was unaware that exorbitant severance payments were made to eight former aides during the end of his administration and that one of them received almost RM700,000.
Khalid who appeared to be surprised when asked if the amounts were excessive, said he was not sure of the quantum paid to the aides, including his former political secretary under the scheme.
