Rebuilt Penang Hill car park to open before CNY 2015, contractor slapped with RM210,000 penalty

GEORGE TOWN: The controversial car park at the foot of Penang Hill has finally been rebuilt after almost a year's delay and its contractor slapped with a RM210,000 penalty.

It is due to open to the public before Chinese New Year 2015, pending the connection of water and electricity supply and the issuance of the Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC) for the structure.
